This Cancellation and Replacement Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms under which you may cancel an order, return a product, or request a refund for electronic products ("Products") purchased through our Website. Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped by contacting us at contact@admshop.in. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
1.2 After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may request a replacement as per the terms outlined in Section 2 below.
1.3 We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will be notified, and any payment made will be refunded in full.
2. Replacement Policy
2.1  You may replace a Product within 5 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
The Product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags 
2.2 Non-Returnable Items:
The following Products are not eligible for return unless defective: Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer. Software or digital products. Customized or made-to-order electronics.
2.3 Replacement Process:
To initiate a replace, please follow these steps: Contact us at contact@admshop.in within 5 days of delivery, providing your order number, reason for replace, and photos of the Product (if applicable).We will provide instructions for replacement the Product to our designated address. You are responsible for securely packing the Product and covering the cost of replacement shipping unless the replacement is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective Product).
2.4 Inspection: Returned Products will be inspected upon receipt. If the Product meets the eligibility criteria, we will proceed with a replacement as per Section 3 below. If the Product does not meet the criteria, we may refuse the return and ship the Product back to you at your expense.
3. Refund Policy
3.1- The products are not refundable products, you can only replace the product if the order is already shipped.
4. Warranty
4.1 Warranty Period: All Products come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty of 6 months from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
4.2 Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers: Manufacturing defects that render the Product non-functional or significantly impair its performance.
4.3 Exclusions from Warranty: The warranty does not cover: Physical damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, cracks, or broken components caused by mishandling, accidents, or improper use. Damage due to unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering. Damage caused by exposure to water, extreme temperatures, or other environmental factors. Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality. Issues arising from improper storage, maintenance, or failure to follow Product instructions.
4.4 Warranty Claim Process:
To make a warranty claim: Contact us at contact@admshop.in within the 6-month warranty period, providing your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos of the defect. We may request the return of the Product for inspection. If the claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, repair the Product, replace it with an identical or equivalent Product,. You are responsible for shipping costs to return the Product unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect confirmed by us.
4.5 Limitation: The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
5.1 If a Product is delivered damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting [contact@admshop.in] with your order number and evidence of the issue (e.g., photos or videos).
5.2 We will investigate and, if the issue is verified, offer a replacement or repair, at our discretion. Replacement or repair is subject to product availability.
5.3 Claims for damaged or defective Products reported after 48 hours may be treated as warranty claims (subject to Section 4).
